Reason for God

I just finally finished Tim Keller’s “Reason for God”.  Keller’s been noted for saying that his book is ‘Mere Christianity’ for dummies.  While he quotes plenty of C.S. Lewis, I personally think it’s better than Lewis.

I haven’t read apologetics in a while, but I think I’ll try to read this over again once every year.

I’d recommend it to believers and skeptics alike, even if they’re not all that into ‘reason’, Keller has a way of confronting doubts without being confrontational.

Yeah, this one is definitely worth reading once a year. I’ve read it twice already in the past few months, as we taught through it for our adult Sunday School class at church, and now it’s been assigned for my apologetics class again. Keller has away of understanding the culture and understanding the Gospel that I just haven’t seen before.

totally Jake… Keller’s gotta be one of the most well-balanced guys out there… not as exciting with sweeping statements like other guys out there.. but refreshing!
