		<description>This is the very result of capitalism... I believe, one of the evil forces Paul talked about in the new testament...

while the rich gets richer, the poor gets poorer...

i believe that as a church, we need to be journeying along side of the poor, the rejected, the marginalized, just as Jesus did... instead of being consumed in the comfort of our north american middle class life, to give everything up only to pick up the cross to follow Jesus... as the body of Christ, we&#039;re suppose to be the light in this world, to feed the hungry, to clothe the naked, to take care of the widows and the orphans... that&#039;s our duty, yet most of the North American churches fail, only to ignore 2/3rds of our world, to thrive on the poverty of others, becoming the vulture that waits to consume.
