It will automatically generate an XML sitemap for you... which makes google very happy when crawling your website. <a href="http://blog.japonophile.com/flexible-upload/" rel="nofollow">Flexible upload</a> is also really nice when adding pics to your site. I'm also partial to <a href="http://www.michelem.org/wordpress-plugin-nofollow-free/" rel="nofollow">No Follow Free</a> which rewards people who comment on your site by allowing google to follow outbound links in your comments section (not a default in wordpress).
