Tony, the values/comments on mission are my own... although i'm sure many of my influences are obvious. They came from a series of talks I've given to several groups over the course of 2004. People had been asking that i put it to writing. A bit more formal and stripped of the stories and verbage i would usually use when speaking though. Thanks for the comments all.
